Founded in 1948 by Hubert Hollums and Jake Cawthon, Cawthon-Hollums Properties, Inc. has been developing and managing commercial properties for more than 75 years. CHP is a family-owned and operated company, and, in addition to its own properties, CHP manages properties for three other companies owned by members of the same families who originally helped build and grow CHP. Members of CHP also operate a commercial real estate brokerage, Continental Realty, which handles leasing for CHP and its affiliated ventures.
